Budock Vean Hotel Launches New ‘Stay & Explore’ Break on the Helford River

A peaceful stretch of the Helford River is the setting for a new two-night break blending luxury, nature and adventure at the Budock Vean Hotel & Spa.

Running from April to October, the Stay & Explore break includes two water-based activities per guest, with the choice of The Helford Kayak Adventure or The Helford Stand-Up Paddleboard Adventure. These guided experiences are run in partnership with local outfitters Koru Kayaking and offer a rare chance to explore one of Cornwall’s most tranquil estuaries up close.

Whether you’re gliding silently through the creeks in a kayak or testing your balance on a paddleboard, it’s a unique way to see the river, guided by those who know it best.

Relax in Four-Star Comfort

Guests will stay two nights at the four-star Budock Vean Hotel & Spa, tucked away on the riverbank. The package includes breakfast each morning in the light-filled Helford Restaurant, plus a seasonal three-course dinner each evening made with locally sourced ingredients.

When not out on the water, guests can enjoy full use of the hotel’s leisure facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, tennis courts and a nine-hole golf course.

Prices for the Stay & Explore break start from £620 for a Standard Room and £860 for a Signature Room, based on two people sharing for two nights.
