Triple Triumph! St Austell’s Bands Celebrate Major Wins with Special Concert

In a melodious display of musical prowess, the St Austell area is set to celebrate remarkable achievements in the brass band scene.

St Austell Band Club will host a grand concert on Sunday, 21 April 2024, featuring performances from the local heroes: Bugle Silver, St Austell Town, and St Austell Youth Bands. This celebratory concert will commence at 14:30 at the St Austell Band Club, PL25 4TR.

A Showcase of Champions

The concert honours the impressive successes of the three bands in recent prestigious competitions. Bugle Silver Band topped the 4th Section at the West of England Area championships, while St Austell Town Band clinched first place in the 2nd Section. Not to be outdone, St Austell Youth Band secured a commendable third place at the BBE National Youth Championships in the Yamaha Performance Section.
