Two More Lock In for 2025/26: Who’s Staying at the Cornish Pirates?

The Cornish Pirates have confirmed that two more familiar faces will remain at the Mennaye for the 2025/26 season.

Arthur Relton Signs On Again

Winger Arthur Relton, 23, has committed to another year with the club. Known affectionately as ‘Relts’, Arthur is in his third season with the Pirates and has already surpassed 50 appearances. With 23 tries to his name, he’s become a standout performer in the squad.

A former player in the Pirates’ youth section, Arthur has also played for Exeter Chiefs and represented England at under-20 level. Reflecting on his time with the team so far, he said:

“I’ve absolutely loved my first few years at the Mennaye. I grew up watching the Pirates and can’t wait to see what next year brings for the club.”

Ollie Andrews Also Commits

Joining Arthur in signing on for the new season is 25-year-old prop Ollie Andrews. Born in Cornwall, Ollie is enjoying his first full season with the Pirates. So far, he’s made 13 appearances and crossed the try line once.

Speaking about his time with the club, Ollie said:

“It’s a great place to be and I’ve loved playing for this club. The coaches and players have been brilliant, and I’ve still got so much more to learn and give to this team.”

The announcement follows a series of recent contract confirmations as the squad continues to take shape for the upcoming season.
