Born in Sussex, Arthur began his rugby journey with the Brighton Blues. After relocating to Cornwall, he continued to develop his skills with Helston and Penzance & Newlyn RFC’s youth sections. His educational path took him through Mullion School, Truro College, and finally Exeter University, where he played in the BUCS league. In addition to his university commitments, Arthur represented Exeter Chiefs in Premiership 7s tournaments and regularly played for Exeter Braves, besides making appearances in the Premiership.
