Powered by virtual coaching screens, BOX12 operates on a rolling 12-round circuit, meaning a new round starts every three minutes. This jump-in format allows members to train at a time that suits them, without needing to book a session.

The 36-minute workout pushes participants to 80-90% of their physical capacity, ensuring an effective session even when time is tight. The interactive system also helps guide members on correct form, technique, and progression, creating a personalised yet self-led training experience.
