Claire Huczmann’s months of preparation and dedication have paid off as she successfully completed the Eden Project Half Marathon on 20th October, raising over £600 for the RSPCA Cornwall Branch. The funds will help support animals in the care of the self-funded branch, which relies entirely on donations to continue its work.

Running for a Cause Close to Home

Claire expressed her passion for both animals and Cornwall, saying it was the perfect way to give back to both. “I love animals and I love Cornwall,” she shared, highlighting her commitment to the cause.

The RSPCA Cornwall Branch praised Claire’s achievement in a post, stating, “All your hard work and training has paid off. It’s amazing that you’ve raised £600 for the animals in our care!”

How to Support

A huge thank you was also extended to everyone who supported Claire’s efforts through donations. If you’d still like to donate and contribute to the RSPCA’s ongoing work in Cornwall, you can visit her JustGiving page.

The funds raised will assist with the rescue, rehabilitation, and rehoming of animals in need, providing essential resources for the branch to continue its work.
