Over £5,000 Raised for Penlee Lifeboat by Newlyn Co-op Members

Generous Donation Supports RNLI Volunteers

Penlee Lifeboat’s fundraising team was thrilled to receive a significant donation of £5,293.38 from Newlyn Co-op members on Saturday, 23rd November. The funds were raised through the Co-op membership card, allowing members to nominate a charity of their choice.

Community Spirit in Newlyn, Queens Square, and Market Jew Street

Co-op members from the stores at Newlyn, Queens Square, and Market Jew Street chose to support Penlee Lifeboat. Their generous contributions will directly assist RNLI’s volunteer crews in their mission to save lives at sea.

The RNLI Penlee fundraising team expressed their gratitude for the incredible community effort behind this donation.
