New Gym in Penzance: Free Training Weekend for Women to Kickstart 2025

HS Functional Fitness, a family-owned and run gym, has officially opened its doors at Wharfside Shopping Centre in Penzance, offering the local community access to a wide range of cardio, strength, and functional training equipment.

Free Training for Women This January

As part of its launch, HS Functional Fitness is hosting a free training weekend exclusively for women of all ages and fitness levels. The event will take place on Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th January 2025 and runs from 8:30am to 2:00pm on both days.

The sessions aim to help women overcome the common anxieties of joining a new gym environment. Experienced staff will be available throughout the event to offer guidance and support.
