Transformation of The Coach House Planned

Penzance Council is looking for a contractor to take on the conversion of The Coach House into a brand-new café or restaurant. The project presents a significant opportunity for businesses interested in bringing a fresh dining space to the area.

Contractors interested in the opportunity must submit a completed tender by 17:00 (5PM) on Friday 14th March 2025. Submissions should be sent via email to tenders@penzance-tc.gov.uk with the subject line: “Coach House Development Tender Submission.”

Along with the tender, applicants must provide:

A Pricing Schedule
Evidence of compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including insurance
