Police Appeal After Woman in Her 80s Seriously Injured in Penryn Collision
Police are appealing for witnesses after a hit and run collision in Penryn left a woman in her 80s critically injured.
Collision on West Street
The incident happened at around 6.50pm last night, Saturday 21st June, on West Street. According to Devon & Cornwall Police, the woman was struck by what is believed to be an electrically powered motorcycle.
The rider failed to stop at the scene.
Police Appeal for Witnesses
The woman is in a critical condition and police are now working to identify the rider involved.
Officers are asking anyone who witnessed the collision or has any information that could help to get in touch.
