Intruder Caught Inside Par Business as Police and Dog Unit Rush to the Scene

Saturday Night Arrest Leaves Bodmin Man in Custody

A man from the Bodmin area was arrested on the evening of Saturday 5th April after police were called to a report of an intruder at a business premises in Par.

Officers Act Fast

Response officers from St Austell, alongside a police dog unit, attended the scene. On arrival, they successfully located a male within the premises. Police say he was found with suspected stolen items and tools believed to be used in a burglary.

The man was arrested at the scene and taken into custody at Camborne Police Station, where he remains awaiting interview.
