Police Appeal After Man Knocked Unconscious in Newquay Assault
Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was knocked unconscious during a street fight in Newquay earlier this month.
Officers were called to Fore Street shortly after midnight on Sunday 18th May following reports of a fight in the street.
During the incident, a man was picked up and dropped on his head, briefly knocking him unconscious.
The victim was treated at the scene by the ambulance service and has since been discharged from hospital.
Witnesses sought
Devon and Cornwall Police are asking anyone who saw the incident or has relevant footage to come forward.
