Unlike traditional wine grapes such as Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Sauvignon Blanc, which thrive in sunnier and warmer regions, these hardy vines require minimal chemical treatments. This allows them to remain in the fields longer to achieve peak ripeness, making them a sustainable choice for the Cornish climate.
