Mindful Morning Raises Hundreds for World Mental Health Day at WAX Gym!

WAX Gym has successfully raised £444.70 in support of World Mental Health Day through its recent Mindful Morning event. Held last Thursday, the workshop brought together members of the gym’s fitness community to engage in mindfulness practices.

A special mention was given to Stephanie, who led the impactful workshop, contributing to the positive atmosphere. The event encouraged attendees to focus on mental well-being, a core value promoted by the gym.

Ongoing Support for Mental Health

WAX Gym is continuing its focus on mental health by offering various mindful classes such as Gentle Yoga, Yoga Flow, and Yin Yoga. Additionally, the gym encourages social activities like Social Badminton, which combine fitness and community interaction.
