Legendary DJ Fatboy Slim Set to Ignite Eden Sessions Tonight

Award-winning British DJ, Norman Cook, better known by his stage name Fatboy Slim, is poised to electrify the Eden Sessions stage tonight, Saturday, June 15.

Known for his chart-topping hits such as “The Rockafeller Skank,” “Praise You,” and “Right Here, Right Now,” Cook promises a high-energy performance with his signature synchronised visuals.

A Legacy of Hits and Iconic Performances

Emerging from the vibrant Brighton club scene, Norman Cook has built a remarkable career spanning several decades. His debut album, “Better Living Through Chemistry,” released in 1996, featured the UK Top 40 hit “Everybody Needs a 303.” However, it was his second album, “You’ve Come a Long Way, Baby,” released in 1998, that truly cemented his place in music history. This album produced iconic tracks such as “Praise You,” which secured Cook’s first UK solo number one and won three MTV Video Music Awards, and “The Rockafeller Skank,” which was later named one of Rolling Stone’s “200 Greatest Dance Songs of All Time.”

Fatboy Slim’s influence extended beyond the music charts. His 2000 single “Weapon of Choice” won a Grammy and six MTV Video Music Awards for its memorable video starring Christopher Walken. His innovative spirit was highlighted in 2013 when he became the first DJ to perform at the House of Commons, supporting the Last Night a DJ Saved My Life Foundation.
