Appeal for Information After Environmental Crime

Cornwall Council is appealing for information after a significant fly-tipping incident occurred in the East Dozmary area near Liskeard. Over the weekend, 150 bags of building waste, including dangerous asbestos, were illegally dumped, posing a serious environmental hazard.

Call for Witnesses and Dash Cam Footage

The council is urging anyone who may have seen suspicious activity in the area or knows where the waste originated from to come forward. They are particularly interested in hearing from individuals who may have relevant dash cam footage.

If you have any information that could help identify those responsible, please contact the council at publicprotection@cornwall.gov.uk.
