Launceston Celebrates Ann Brown with Mayor’s Civic Award

In a prestigious ceremony held on Sunday, 4th February, Launceston Town Band Director, Ann Brown, was honored with the Mayor’s Civic Award, marking her outstanding contributions to the musical heritage of the town. This recognition comes as Ann Brown approaches a remarkable milestone of 50 years of dedicated service to the Launceston Town Band at the end of February 2024.
