West Country Woman Dramatically Reduces Energy Bills with New-Build Home in Saltash

In an impressive testament to the benefits of modern, energy-efficient housing, Jo Deacon has experienced a significant reduction in her energy bills since moving to her new home in the Treledan development by Barratt Homes in Saltash. Originally from Swindon, Jo decided to relocate in October 2023 to be closer to her grown-up children and to downsize from her old four-bedroom family home, which had become prohibitively expensive to heat.
