Cornwall is set to host its second Sports Symposium, inviting representatives from across the county’s sporting landscape for an evening of networking and collaboration.

Organised by Your Partnerships, the event offers a unique platform for local sports groups and businesses to connect, share ideas, and explore potential partnerships.

The second in a series of networking events, the Cornwall Sports Symposium takes place at Newquay Association Football Club on Wednesday, May 8th at 7:00 pm. With plans to rotate quarterly across major towns in Cornwall, the event aims to showcase the power of the local sports industry and strengthen connections within the community.

All Sports and Businesses Welcome

Your Partnerships extends an open invitation to all sports enthusiasts, from popular sports like rugby, football, and cricket, to lesser-known activities such as climbing, lawn bowls, water-sports, and dancing. The symposium also encourages participation from less traditional sports, like paintballing and VR gaming, and emphasises the importance of inclusive sports, including disability sport.

The event is not limited to sports groups alone. Businesses across Cornwall are also invited to participate, whether as potential suppliers or supporters of local teams.
