Truro is set to honour its Cornish heritage with the annual St Piran’s Day parade, taking place on Tuesday, 5th March. The city invites residents and visitors alike to join in the festivities, commemorating Cornwall’s patron saint, St Piran.

Participants are asked to gather at St Georges Road / Waterfall Gardens by 12:45 PM, in anticipation of the parade’s start at 1:00 PM. The procession will embark from St Georges Road, weaving through the heart of Truro. The route includes Frances Street, River Street, St Nicholas Street, and onto Boscawen Street, circling the war memorial before making its way back up to Kings Street and concluding at High Cross.

Upon reaching High Cross, attendees can look forward to brief speeches and songs encapsulating the spirit and pride of Cornwall. This event presents a unique opportunity for the community to come together, celebrate Cornish culture, and enjoy the early spring festivities in the picturesque city of Truro.
