Chyan Cultural Centre, Penryn, TR10 9BT – Swamp Circus is bringing festive cheer to Cornwall with the Chyan Winter Festival, a magical three-day celebration running from 19th to 21st December 2024 at the scenic Chyan Cultural Centre. The festival promises a variety of enchanting experiences for the whole family to enjoy.

A Circus Spectacle to Remember

At the heart of the event is The Toyshop Fairy, a captivating circus performance set in the heated Big Top Dome. Visitors will be transported to a world where toys spring to life, battling a wicked witch and soaring through the air alongside the Fairy.

Step Inside Santa’s Magical Grotto

Children and families can explore the Chyan Magic Grotto, an enchanting space filled with willow-woven walls, twinkling trees, and a magical pond. Santa Claus himself will be making special appearances, gifting surprises to children during the following times:

• 1–2 PM
• 3–4 PM
• 4–5 PM
• 5–6 PM

Tickets for the grotto and presents are £5 per child.

Festive Market and Seasonal Treats

A daily festive market will feature unique gift ideas alongside healthy snacks and warm drinks. Visitors can also enjoy organic mulled apple juice, adding to the cosy seasonal atmosphere.
