A Year of Celebration and Fundraising

Penhaligon’s Friends, the Cornwall-based charity supporting bereaved children and young people, is marking 30 years of service throughout 2025. To commemorate this milestone, they are launching the ‘30 for 30’ campaign, aiming to secure pledges from 30 businesses, community groups, or clubs willing to support their cause.

How to Get Involved

The charity is encouraging supporters to contribute in a variety of ways, including:

  • Making a one-off donation
  • Fundraising throughout the year
  • Hosting or sponsoring events
  • Donating auction prizes
  • Offering skills or volunteer time

Businesses that support Penhaligon’s Friends will see their contributions directly aid over 1,000 bereaved children and young people in Cornwall each year. As a thank-you, the charity will publicly acknowledge supporters across their social media platforms and monthly newsletter, which reaches around 5,000 people.

Find Out More

For those interested in taking part, the charity has made its 30th Anniversary Fundraising Pack available for download on its website, where further details about its history and work can be found.
