Philleigh Folk Club Presents Rob Barrett
Rob Barratt is a Dudley-born comic poet, humourist and singer from North Cornwall .. and the poet-in-residence for the folk festival.
His act combines clever word-play with satire, verse, song and audience participation. He covers such important topics as second homes, squid, distressed furniture, data-driven education, Neanderthal politics and his relationship with potatoes, but beneath the humour serious issues lurk.
“Not only clever but very funny” – Mike Harding
