Open Day at Penlee Old Lifeboat Station
Bank Holiday Monday, 27 May, sees the next Open Day at the Old Lifeboat Station at Penlee Point. We will be welcoming visitors from 11 am to 3 pm. If you want to plan ahead, we will also be opening on Sunday 30 June, Sunday 28 July and Monday 26 August.
If you are in west Cornwall on any of those dates, you’ll be very welcome to come and visit the building which was the home of Penlee’s lifeboats, and her crews, for nearly 70 years from just before World War I.
There is no charge for admission, although we are always grateful for the generosity shown by many visitors in making donations to the RNLI.
