Emma Skilton is delivering FREE Strength, Balance and Coordination Training as part of the Sunshine CafΓ© at the Moresk Centre this Friday 14th February. The class will take place for an hour, will use chairs and is accessible so attendees can improve their strength, balance and coordination. This is open to all ages and abilities, no need to book, just turn up!
The CafΓ© is open from 10:30am β 2:30pm where there is free tea, coffee and hot fresh soup served, you can come for the whole day or just pop in for the exercise.
