Step into a world of glowing oceans, butterfly ceilings and crystal treasure hunts

A world of wonder is coming to the Eden Project this summer, with Enchanted Earth promising an immersive experience full of light, colour and curiosity from 24th July to 7th September.

Designed to reveal the rarely seen magic of the natural world, the event will take visitors on a sensory journey through bioluminescent oceans, kaleidoscopic crystals, swirling stardust and more. Through sound, light and projection, guests can explore a dreamlike landscape from the microscopic to the cosmic.

Crystals, Butterflies and Puppets

As part of Enchanted Earth, visitors can dig for dazzling treasures in giant crystal and mineral pits, gaze up at a shimmering ceiling of butterflies, and enjoy live performances by The Zoo Keepers – a storytelling show featuring lifelike animal puppets.

The event combines theatre, exploration and hands-on discovery in a celebration of the extraordinary life that often goes unnoticed around us.

Wildlife Photographer of the Year Returns

Also running at the Eden Project is the return of the Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition, now in its 60th year. On display until 28th September, the collection includes 100 powerful images from the Natural History Museum’s prestigious international competition, shown throughout the Eden gardens and Core building.
