Texas to Open 2025 Eden Sessions at the Eden Project Tonight

Scottish pop rock band Texas are set to open this year’s Eden Sessions in Cornwall this evening, Thursday 12th June, with a packed show at the iconic Eden Project.

The band, fronted by Sharleen Spiteri, will take to the stage against the backdrop of the world-famous Biomes. The crowd can expect a hit-filled set spanning five decades of music, from their breakout track I Don’t Want A Lover to more recent songs like Mr Haze and Keep on Talking.

With over 40 million albums sold, Texas remain one of the most recognisable bands in British music, still pulling in crowds with fan favourites like Say What You Want, Summer Son and Inner Smile.

KT Tunstall Joins the Line-Up

Joining them as special guest tonight is KT Tunstall, the BRIT Award-winning artist whose 2004 debut album Eye to the Telescope featured radio staples like Suddenly I See and Black Horse and the Cherry Tree.

KT last played the Eden Sessions in 2008, and made headlines in 2011 when she performed Black Horse and the Cherry Tree from a hot air balloon inside the Rainforest Biome for the Eden Project’s 10th anniversary.

• The Script plus Tom Walker – Wednesday 25th June

• Deftones plus High Vis – Thursday 26th June

• Biffy Clyro plus Nova Twins – Wednesday 9th and Thursday 10th July

• Madness plus Rhoda Dakar – Saturday 12th July

• The Libertines headline a special season finale on Sunday 13th July, joined by Frank Turner and The Sleeping Souls, Sports Team, Mên An Tol and Fletchr Fletchr

Behind the Scenes

The Eden Sessions are run by Eden Sessions Ltd, a partnership between the Eden Project and global events company AEG Presents, first announced in September 2019.

Volvo Car UK, who signed on as the Presenting Partner and Official Electric Car Partner of the Eden Project, extended their sponsorship earlier this year in January 2025.
