Police urge public assistance following fatal incident on Southgate Street

Police are appealing for witnesses and information after a fatal single-vehicle collision in Redruth claimed the lives of two individuals. The incident occurred at around 1:20 pm on Monday, 23rd September, on Southgate Street.

Both occupants of the vehicle, a man and a woman, were pronounced dead at the scene. Their next of kin have been informed, and the road was closed to allow for a thorough investigation.

Investigation Ongoing

Officers from the Roads Policing Team have thanked the public for their patience and cooperation during the road closure. They are now seeking any witnesses or those with dashcam footage that could assist with their enquiries.
