Road Rage Incident on A39: Police Appeal for Witnesses

Police are appealing for witnesses after a van driver was assaulted following a collision on the A39 in Truro.

Collision Leads to Assault

The incident occurred on Thursday 6th March at around 4pm on Newquay Road, just before the junction with Tregurra Lane. A Majestic Wines delivery van was involved in a collision with another van that had been travelling in front.

After the crash, the driver of the second van assaulted the Majestic Wines driver, causing injuries. The attacker then got back into his van and left the area.

Appeal for Dashcam Footage

Police believe this would have been a busy time of day, with many vehicles passing the scene. Officers are urging anyone who witnessed the incident or has dashcam footage to come forward.
