Police Appeal for Assistance to Locate Wanted Man in Redruth – Jamie Monteith

Devon and Cornwall Police are urgently appealing to the public for assistance in locating Jamie Monteith, a 33-year-old man from the Redruth area, who is currently wanted in connection with reports of an assault.

The police have been conducting enquiries in an effort to locate him but have now turned to the public for additional support.

Description and Last Known Location

Jamie is described as being approximately 5ft 10ins (178 cm) tall, of stocky build, and is a white male with brown eyes and dark, short cropped hair. One of his most distinctive features is the presence of face tattoos, which could make him easier for members of the public to identify. Jamie was last observed in Pool, Cornwall, on Monday, 18 March, and is known to have links to the Weston-super-Mare area, suggesting he might be found in these locations or somewhere in-between.

Public Caution Advised

The police are advising anyone who might see Jamie not to approach him directly due to the nature of the allegations against him. Instead, they are urging anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to immediately contact the police on 999, quoting the log number 460 of 18 March.
