10 Years of Dedication: Meet Cornwall Air Ambulance’s Long-Standing Volunteers
Celebrating a Decade of Service
Two of Cornwall Air Ambulance’s Groundcrew members, Andrew and Ken, marked an impressive milestone yesterday—10 years of volunteering with the lifesaving service.
Essential Behind-the-Scenes Work
Andrew and Ken dedicate their time each week at the charity’s headquarters, taking on the vital task of cleaning and re-labelling donation jars. This effort ensures the collection jars remain ready for use in Cornwall Air Ambulance’s fundraising efforts.
Over 3,000 Jars Cleaned Last Year
Their dedication is evident in the sheer volume of work they’ve accomplished. Last year alone, the pair managed to clean a staggering 3,300 jars between them!
Proud Members of the Team
Cornwall Air Ambulance expressed their gratitude, saying they are proud to have Andrew and Ken as part of the team. Their commitment exemplifies the important role volunteers play in supporting the service.
