New Jungle Soft Play Set to Open at Carn Brea Leisure Centre

A brand new indoor soft play area is opening at Carn Brea Leisure Centre this Monday 12th May, offering young children in the area a colourful and adventure-filled space to play, climb, and explore.

A Much-Needed Boost for Local Families

With the closure of several children’s venues in recent years, the opening of Carn Brea Soft Play comes at a welcome time for families across the region. Designed for children under 148cm tall, the facility features a jungle-themed layout aimed at encouraging activity, imagination, and social interaction in a safe and engaging environment.

“We’re incredibly excited to open Carn Brea Soft Play,” said Carn Brea Leisure Centre Trust. “We know how vital it is for families to have somewhere affordable and fun to bring their children – especially during unpredictable Cornish weather. After the unfortunate loss of other children’s venues locally, we’re proud to be offering something positive and new for our community.”

Pricing and Booking Information

Carn Brea Soft Play opens to the public at 10am on Monday 12th May. Entry prices are:

• £3 for ages 0–2

• £6 for ages 3+

• One adult per child goes free

• Additional adults: £2

Session times and availability are listed on the Carn Brea Leisure Centre website, where pre-booking is recommended.

Parties and Private Hire Also Available

In addition to regular play sessions, the space will also be available for birthday parties and private hire, giving families the chance to celebrate special occasions in a fun and exciting setting.
