This milestone was achieved by maintaining gold-level standards for three consecutive years and ensuring 10% of the workforce is engaged in apprenticeships, graduate schemes, or degree placements.

Sharon Gathercole, Pennon’s People & Culture Director, celebrated the recognition, saying:
