Classic Cottages Named Which? Recommended Provider for Fifth Year Running

Classic Cottages has once again secured its place as one of the UK’s top holiday letting companies, being named a Which? Recommended Provider for the fifth consecutive year.

The consumer organisation surveyed over 4,000 of its members to determine the best-rated providers across the UK. Classic emerged as the highest-ranked in the South West and remains one of only four companies in the UK to receive the coveted status in 2025.

Praise for Quality and Service

The UK’s largest independent holiday letting specialist was recognised for its outstanding communication, straightforward booking process, and the quality of its accommodation. Survey respondents also highlighted the accuracy of property descriptions and the consistently high standard of cleanliness across the company’s 1,400 holiday cottages.

Strong Year of Growth

The accolade follows a year of expansion for the business. Classic recently added Ocean Cottages in North Devon to its growing UK portfolio.

Collectively, the group manages more than 2,850 properties, brings in over £60 million in annual bookings, and employs 205 staff across the UK.
