Gok Wan and More Announced for Boardmasters 2024 After Parties

Boardmasters 2024 is set to elevate the nightlife scene in Newquay with its highly anticipated After Parties. Renowned for its electrifying late-night events, the festival has revealed a stellar line-up for this year’s parties, promising unforgettable nights for attendees.

Star-Studded Line-Up

The After Parties will kick off on Wednesday, 7th August at Berties, with K Motionz headlining the night. Known as the most hyped newcomer in the Drum & Bass scene, K Motionz has collaborated with top artists like Ardee and Songer, making his performance a must-see.

On Thursday, 8th August, also at Berties, the rising electronic artist Badger will take the stage. Badger gained fame with his edit of “These Words” by Natasha Bedingfield, which landed in the Top 40 and amassed over 6.5 million streams within ten days. Expect a high-energy set filled with chart-topping hits.

Weekend Vibes

Friday night’s party on 9th August will move to Sailors, featuring Gok Wan. Known for his passion for house music and DJing since 2015, Gok Wan is now one of the most sought-after celebrity DJs. His set is expected to draw one of the biggest crowds of the weekend.

The excitement continues on Saturday, 10th August at Sailors, with Switch Disco headlining. The UK’s top mash-up duo, known for their energetic performances and 21-week residency at Ibiza Rocks, will bring the Ibiza vibes to Newquay. Festival-goers can look forward to dancing the night away to their iconic mixes.

Venues and Tickets

Berties, one of Newquay’s largest clubs with a 2,000 capacity spread over three rooms, and Sailors, a 1,200 capacity club with a newly refurbished roof terrace, will host these exclusive events.

Tickets for the After Parties are sold separately from the main festival tickets and start at just £14.50. They are available from 23rd May via the Boardmasters website. Given the popularity of previous years, tickets are expected to sell out quickly.
