The Goat Gallery Hosts 80th Birthday Exhibition for Artist Ritchard Gordon Jones

Retrospective exhibition celebrates a lifetime of drawing at The Goat Gallery

An exhibition at The Goat Gallery in Hayle is showcasing a collection of work by artist Ritchard Gordon Jones, who has just turned 80. The retrospective brings together a lifetime of drawings that focus on nature and the human form.

Ritchard says he wants to show as many people as possible some of the work he has created throughout his life. Visitors to the gallery can expect to see what organisers describe as incredible drawings, and the chance to buy original pieces starting from just £80.

A milestone moment

Gallery owner Colin Cude said:

“We are honoured to have Ritchard’s work in our gallery and be part of this important milestone for him as a person and as an artist. His art is so beautiful and a real inspiration. The gallery is incredibly lucky to have such a talented artist choose us to display their work. I would urge everyone to come and have a look; the exhibition is on until 20th June so do not miss the chance to visit this wonderful artist’s work.”
