Falmouth School Year 11 Celebrate End of Term with Prom at Pavilion

Red carpet arrivals and summer sunshine for Year 11’s big night

Falmouth School’s Year 11 students celebrated the end of their secondary school days in style at their 2025 prom, held at the Falmouth Pavilion on Friday 20th June.

Under glorious summer skies, students, families and friends gathered to mark the milestone, with proud parents capturing the moment as students arrived dressed to the nines.

A night to remember

The evening kicked off with red-carpet arrivals, with each student making their entrance in an impressive outfit. After plenty of photos and goodbyes, families left the venue and students headed inside to enjoy the rest of the evening with their classmates.

Headteacher Mrs Guest said:
“Our Year 11 Prom is a wonderful occasion to recognise and celebrate the dedication, resilience, and achievements of our students over the past two years. It also offers a valuable opportunity for staff and students to come together in a spirit of shared pride and community, marking the end of this important chapter in their educational journey.”

Looking ahead

Although the prom marked the end of their time at Falmouth School, many of the students will be returning in September to join Falmouth Sixth Form.

The event served as a celebration of everything the cohort had achieved so far, and a chance to look ahead to what’s next.
