Raise a glass and your voice at the world’s largest free, nautical music festival which returns this year with over 90 groups from all over the world singing from harbour to high street. Remarkably this wildly popular event draws tens of thousands of people to Falmouth annually to enjoy what is arguably the most accessible, inclusive and ageless form of performance music ever. And this year, it’s set to be bigger and better than ever with four main stages and over 20 pub venues involved.
The energetic event brings sea shanty singers of all ages, genders and ‘ilks’ together for a three-day celebration with over 90 official performances on outside stages, in pubs, restaurants, town halls and in and around almost every street corner.
