The Cinnamon Trust is hiring in Hayle as it celebrates 40 years of compassion

As The Cinnamon Trust marks four decades of making a difference to the lives of people and pets across the UK, the Hayle-based charity has announced two new job opportunities at its Head Office in Cornwall.

Both roles offer the chance to work at the heart of a national mission, supporting older people and those living with terminal illness to stay with their beloved companions for as long as possible.

Administrator & Receptionist – Be the First Friendly Face

The Cinnamon Trust is looking to welcome a new Administrator & Receptionist to its team in Hayle. This role is described as “the face and voice of The Trust,” where you’ll play a key part in connecting people and pets with the help, advice and support they need.

This full-time position places you right at the centre of daily operations, and the charity says it’s a rare opportunity to “create lasting impacts to countless lives across the nation.”

If you’re compassionate, organised, and ready to join a passionate team, this could be the perfect next step.

Volunteer Coordinator (Level 2) – Matching Pets with People

The second vacancy is for a Volunteer Coordinator (Level 2), also based at the Hayle headquarters. In this role, you’ll be responsible for pairing volunteers with those who need help keeping their pets at home with them. The role includes some on-call working and is vital to the charity’s mission.

“You’ll experience the deep satisfaction and pride that comes with knowing your work truly matters,” says The Cinnamon Trust.

This is a key post for someone who wants to make meaningful change every day.

About The Cinnamon Trust

Founded in 1985, The Cinnamon Trust helps keep owners and their pets together for as long as possible, supporting older people and those facing terminal illness. The charity also provides peace of mind by making future arrangements for pets, ensuring they’re always cared for in a loving, home-from-home environment.

Although based in Hayle, the charity works with volunteers nationwide to support its mission:
“To ensure that older people, those living with terminal illness, and their beloved companions never have to face the sorrow of parting from their beloved companion due to lack of support.”
