Big Change at Persimmon Homes: New Head of Customer Care Appointed

Persimmon Homes Cornwall & West Devon has welcomed a familiar face back to lead its customer care team, appointing Lisa Morrish as Head of Customer Care.

An Experienced Leader Returns

Lisa steps into the role with extensive experience in the housebuilding industry, having previously served as Head of Customer Care at Persimmon for eight and a half years. Before that, she was an assistant site manager for the company’s South West business.

Her return follows her time at Tilia Homes, where she worked as Head of Customer Care from 2020 before becoming a Contracts Manager. She also held the Head of Customer Care position at Cavanna Homes for seven years.

Commitment to Customer Satisfaction

In her new role, Lisa will lead the customer care team, focusing on maintaining quality, managing complaints, and ensuring a high standard of service for homeowners across Cornwall and West Devon.

Expressing her enthusiasm for the position, Lisa said:
