Police seek dashcam footage following serious incident

Police are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage after a serious collision on the A30 near Camborne last night, 16th December.

Emergency services were called to the eastbound carriageway at Tolvaddon at 8.40pm following a collision between a grey Ford Tourneo van and a tractor with a trailer.

Driver taken to hospital with serious injuries

The male driver of the van sustained serious injuries and was taken to Derriford Hospital. No further details on his condition have been released.

Road closures and investigation

The A30 eastbound was closed to allow police to investigate the scene and to recover the vehicles involved. The carriageway remains closed at the time of writing.

Officers are investigating the circumstances of the collision and are urging anyone who witnessed the incident or has relevant dashcam footage to come forward.
