Please Note: Only local events in Cornwall will be accepted.
Submission Guidelines:
- Event Title: Ensure the title is descriptive and engaging. Avoid using special characters such as emojis
- Event Image: Attach a relevant image in .jpg, .png format.
- Event Description: Aim for a detailed description, remember you are selling your event, so give the people the information they need to want to go. It’s important to mention all information even if it’s on your event image, duplicate it here.
- Venue Address: Include the complete address (city/town, street, postcode) to ensure accurate placement on Google Maps.
- Submission Timing: The earlier you submit your event, the sooner it will be listed and viewed by potential attendees.
- Review Process: Allow up to two business days for your submission to be reviewed. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. We will let you know once we have added your event listing.
- Approval: We cannot guarantee the listing of events submitted on short notice. Each submission will be assessed by our team for appropriateness before approval.
- Text Format: Avoid using all capital letters as it reduces readability and can appear overwhelming.
Your Contact Details: Please provide your contact information in the form. This will enable us to reach out if we need further details or clarification. Rest assured, your contact information will remain confidential and will not be published or used for marketing purposes.
Additional Information: If your event pertains to general business news, then we will still submit it for FREE, the best way to get your general news to us is via email editor@cornishstuff.com please send as much information as possible along with a photo.
Submitting your event does not automatically add it to the calendar. It must first undergo an approval process to verify that all necessary information is included.
